No subscription. A small fee per registration.

Nobody pays for an account. Each registration paid online carries a 2.5% service fee, never more than $10, shown to the family at checkout or absorbed by the organization. Collect the money yourselves and it is $7.50 per athlete per season.

We're opening OneBaton to a few teams at a time.

2.5% of a registration paid online

Charged on the registration itself, capped at $10 however much you charge. Show it to the family as a line at checkout or absorb it into your own fee — your call, one switch.

Nobody pays for an account

Parents, athletes, coaches, volunteers, treasurers, board members. There are no seats to count and no admin tier — the only thing we ever charge for is a registration.

Nothing until a family pays

No monthly fee, no setup fee, no minimum and no contract. A season nobody registers for costs nothing at all — we are paid when you are, out of the same charge.

Scholarship places are free

A place you fund from your scholarship pool costs you nothing here, whichever way the rest of your families pay. We do not take a fee on money that was never charged.

What that works out at

  • $25 season 63¢ A rec-league season
  • $100 season $2.50 A typical club season
  • $300 season $7.50 A full track season
  • $600 season $10.00 Capped — a travel team costs us no more

The fee follows what the family actually pays. Discount a sibling to $60 and it is 2.5% of $60.

If you collect the money yourselves

Checks, cash, or a processor you already use — all supported, first-class. Registrations still run through OneBaton, the treasurer still records what arrived, and the ledger still closes the season.

That lane costs $7.50 per athlete per season, for every athlete on the roster: a squad of eight is $60, a cross country team of forty is $300. No minimum, no allowance and nothing to work around.

It is charged per athlete as they register, so there is never a surprise at the end: the balance is on your Manage screen from the first day of registration, with a line for every athlete on it.

It is roughly what a full season pays through the card lane, on purpose. You are getting the same product either way, and we would rather charge the same for it than make how you collect your money a pricing decision.

Not switched on yet — organizations collecting offline are not being invoiced today. When it starts you will see the number before it is charged.

Everything is included

Registration, waivers and documents, medical cards with an audited access log, schedules and calendar subscriptions, volunteer shifts with QR check-in, meets, entries and relays, the meet-day page, your public page, the help desk, and the assistant.

There are no tiers, no modules and no upgrade path, because gating any of it would push you back to the four tools that don't talk to each other — which is the thing we exist to end.

The money is yours

Card payments go to your own Stripe account, in your organization's name. We are never in the middle of it — our fee rides the same charge and nothing else does, so there is no payout to wait for and no balance of yours that we hold.

Stripe's own processing (2.9% + 30¢ on a card, at their published rates) goes to Stripe, not to us. Families can pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay wherever their device offers it.

Start with one season

Setting an organization up takes a few minutes and commits you to nothing. You pay 2.5% of what your families actually pay by card, capped at $10 each, and nothing else. We're opening OneBaton to a few teams at a time.
