Privacy
OneBaton holds information about families — children's names, birth dates, the events they compete in, and who is allowed to collect them. We treat that as the most sensitive data in the product, and we do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train anything.
What an organization sees. Staff at your organization see the people in your household who take part there, and nothing from any other organization you belong to.
What other families see. Nothing about your household. Public meet pages carry names and results — never birth dates or contact details.
What we keep. A record of changes staff make, so an organization can answer "who changed this, and when".
The full policy is being written and will replace this page before OneBaton opens to the public.
