Terms

Effective 29 September 2026.

OneBaton is software for running a team: registration, schedules, entries, volunteering and fees. The organization you belong to decides how it is used — what a season costs, who may compete, and what a waiver says. We host the software; the running of your organization is yours.

Your account is yours. One account can belong to several organizations. Leaving one does not delete the others.

Money. Fees are set and collected by your organization. Refunds are theirs to decide. OneBaton charges the organization a service fee on each registration, published at /pricing; an organization that collects its fees outside OneBaton may instead be invoiced per athlete per season, at the rate published there.

Availability. Meet-day pages are built to keep working when the network does not, but no software is guaranteed to be up.

Full terms of service will replace this page before OneBaton opens to the public.
