Your organization invited you
If your organization already entered your family, it sends you a link. Claim it — don't set up a new household — and your children are already on the roster.
Steps
- Open the link in the email The invitation names your child and says the organization has a spot waiting for them.
- Sign in with that same email address The invitation only works for the address it was sent to. No password is needed: a code sent to that email works, and creates your account if you don't have one.
- Choose "Claim my spot" Your child's record becomes yours to look after, and anyone the organization entered with them comes too. There's nothing to register — they're already on the team. Check their details and the emergency card from Family.
Example
Coach Diaz added the whole team to United from a spreadsheet. Marcus's dad gets an email, signs in with that address using a code, and chooses "Claim my spot". Marcus is already on the 2026 Cross Country roster, so For you goes straight to the next meet.

- Invite a co-parent or grandparent Share your family with another adult — a partner, a co-parent, a grandparent — so they can see the schedule and help look after your children.
- Add your children and family Add the people you look after, so an organization can offer them a season. Enter them once on your account and every organization you join can use them.
