Invite a co-parent or grandparent

1. 1 Open Family and choose Invite Enter their email and what they are to you.
2. 2 Choose who they'll look after Tick the children they can manage with you — details, registrations and payments. Anyone you don't tick, they can still see.
3. 3 Send the invitation Choose Create invitation. It's emailed to them, and you can copy the link and send it yourself too. They sign in with that address to accept.

Alex invites their mother, Rosa, as a grandparent and ticks nobody: Rosa sees the children and their schedule, while Alex keeps registrations and payments.

• Add your children and family Add the people you look after, so an organization can offer them a season. Enter them once on your account and every organization you join can use them.
• Your organization invited you If your organization already entered your family, it sends you a link. Claim it — don't set up a new household — and your children are already on the roster.
