Register for a season

1. 1 Open Register Open your organization's Register page. Every season taking registrations is listed, with the people in your household who can join it. Somebody missing? They need a birth date first — add or edit them under your household.
2. 2 Choose Register beside a name This starts the registration. If the season is full you'll be put on the waitlist, and the organization takes it from there.
3. 3 Info Check your own contact details and the athlete's, and answer whatever the organization asks — often an emergency card, insurance, school and grade, or a t-shirt size. Choose Continue when it's all there.
4. 4 Waivers Read and sign each waiver by typing your name. Seasons without waivers skip this step.
5. 5 Payment Pay the fee shown — sibling discounts and discount codes are applied here. A free season skips straight to done.
6. 6 Done The athlete shows as Registered on the Register page. Stopped part-way? For you lists "Finish registration" until it's done.

Priya registers both of her sons for 2026 Track & Field. She chooses Register beside Dev, fills in his emergency card, signs the waiver and pays $150. For Arjun the sibling discount brings the fee down to $120. Both show as Registered.
