Getting started

From a new account to a registered athlete in three steps: set up your household, add who's joining, register for a season.

Steps

  1. Set up your household at your organization Find your club, school or team and open its Register page. The first time you visit, it asks for a household name — usually your family name. A household is your family as that organization knows it: registrations, sibling discounts and volunteer hours are organized by it. If your organization sent you a link, use it: it lands on the same page.
  2. Add who's joining Under your household, choose Add someone. Enter their first and last name, tick "This person will compete (athlete)" and give their birth date and competition gender. The birth date is the one thing registration can't skip, because organizations enter athletes by it. Already saved your family on your account? Choose "Add my family" instead and everyone comes across at once.
  3. Register for a season Each season that is open appears at the top of the Register page with everyone in your household who can join it. Choose Register beside a name. You'll go through Info, Waivers and Payment — and you can stop at any point and finish later from For you.

Example

Sam has just signed up. On For you, Sam finds United, opens its Register page, types "Rivera" and creates the Rivera household. Sam chooses Add someone, enters Maya Rivera, ticks that Maya will compete, and gives her birth date. Back at the top of the page, the 2026 Cross Country season now lists Maya with a Register button. Sam chooses it, fills in Maya's details, signs the waiver and pays. Maya shows as Registered.
